Scheduled airline operators
We provide dry lease solutions to scheduled airline operators around the world.
Through our strategic partnership with Solenta Aviation, we are also able to provide tailored packages coupling our dry leased aircraft with a wide range of Crew, Maintenance and Insurance (CMI) products, providing significant added value to our airline customers.
Long term charter & ACMI operators
This is a core part of our portfolio as many of our existing charter & ACMI operators offer back to back contracts with major oil & gas companies (Exxon, Chevron, ENI & Total), NGO and Humanitarian organisations (such as the UN & ICRC) and scheduled airlines.
Freighter operators
We are the market leaders in ATR pax to freighter conversions. We work closely with our sister company IPR Conversions (within the ACIA Group) as the owners of the ATR LCD (Large Cargo Door) and BFC (Bulk Freighter Conversion) STC. This ensures a seamless “one stop” solution for both airlines and cargo operators. We then place these aircraft on long term operating lease with major logistics and freight companies (DHL, Amazon Prime are two examples).
Our dedicated offering allows us to manage an aircraft through its entire life cycle, from new to part-out.
We are the largest buyer of pre-owned ATRs from the OEM.

Our people are highly motivated and customer focused, with a senior team boasting over 100 years of collective experience in the regional aviation sector. We are one of the oldest aircraft leasing businesses in the regional sector, having been established over 20 years ago.
Over this timeframe, we have become experts in regional aircraft and are the largest buyer of pre-owned ATRs from the OEM. Our technical expertise allows us to manage aircraft throughout the entire life-cycle from new, to freighter conversion, to part-out.
We are the leaders in regional aircraft freighter conversions. Our sister company, IPR Conversions (part of the ACIA Group), owns the STC for the ATR Passenger to Freighter (P2F) conversion which includes the Bulk Freighter Conversion (BFC) and the Large Cargo Door (LCD).
We have been steadily and organically growing our portfolio over the last number of years. Today we own and manage a fleet of over 70 aircraft and 20 spare engines.
