Elze Le Roux

General Manager, Africa

• Ms Elze Le Roux is the General Manager for the Africa Region for the ACIA Aero Leasing Group.
• She is second in command for the ACIA Aero Leasing Group CEO and responsible for supporting current clients, growing the fleet with existing clients, and identifying new potential clients within the Africa region as well as supporting the CEO with all major group transactions.
• She completed her BCom (Honours) degree in 1998, specialising in Human Resource Management and has been operating at a senior executive level within aviation for the last 16 years.
• She joined the ACIA Aero Group of companies in 2004 and gained all her aviation experience and knowledge whilst working within the group as understudy to the ACIA Aero Capital Group CEO, Mark Hurst.
